(1)When be has committed any act indicated in the “Scope of Duties”
column of the attached Table in violation of the provisions of Article 28, paragraph 1 or2;
(2)When he has been issued an aviation medical certificate through false or dishonest means
(3)When he has engaged in his duties in violation of the provisions of
Article 70.
(Offences of Designated Aviation Medical Examiner)
Article 149-2. Any designated medical examiner shall, when he has issued an aviation medical certificate to a person who did not comply with the medical standards prescribed under Article 31, paragraph 3, be liable to a period of incarceration not exceeding 12 months or a fine not exceeding 300,000 Yen.
(Offences or Violations)
Article 150. Any person who comes under any of the following categories shall be liable to a fine not exceeding 500,000 Yen:
(1)When he failed to present his aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 8-3, paragraph 2;
(1-2)When he has in any way damaged or cause to be damaged the indicated registration mark on aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 8-3, paragraph 3.
(1-3)When he has engaged in an instrument flight or given flight instruction in violation of the provisions of Article 34, paragraph 1 or 2;
(1-4)When he has supervised pilot training or instrument flights in violation of the provisions of Article 35, paragraph 2 (including when applied accordingly to paragraph 2 of Article 35-2);
(2)When he has installed, or planted or left any structures, plants or other objects in violation of the provisions of Article 49, paragraph 1 (including when applied, accordingly to paragraph 2 of Article 55-2, or Article 56), or Article 56-4, paragraph 1;
(2-2)When he has failed to comply with an order under the provisions of Article 51, paragraph 6 (including when applied accordingly to paragraph 3 of Article 5 1-2);
(3)When he has in any way damaged, or caused to be damaged, runways, taxiways and other facilities or air navigational aids as may be specified in
Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, or when he has committed such acts as are likely to impair the operation of the aforementioned facilities, in violation of the provisions of Article 53, paragraph 1;
(3-2)When he has thrown any object at an aircraft on an aerodrome, and committed any act as may be specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, in violation of the provisions of Article 53, paragraph 2;
